Why Prepare for Interviews?
A personal interview is normally the last stage of the selection process. In good B-Schools, one out of three aspirants will make it to the final merit list. This means that you are fighting it out with the best of the candidates who have cleared all other rounds to reach this stage. At this stage everyone has an equal chance, this last hurdle is the decider, and you don’t want to be underprepared.
Can I prepare on my own for the interviews?
Yes surely you can, and you should if you can. Interview preparation requires just a good understanding of your goals and how the program of your choice will help you in reaching there. It is about understanding what you intend to learn from the program and why choose a particular school for this purpose. A lot of self-awareness and social awareness. A good understanding of your work profile, industry and function. Our basic package is meant for all those who would like to prepare on their own, but would still want to understand whether their preparation is up to the mark.
How will a preparatory module help me?
A preparatory module will help you with pointers on each and every module. You will be given time to prepare from various sources and you will be tested in the interview to understand where you stand and what next to improve. It will build in a lot of discipline, a mentor will handhold you and you would have a goto person to clear your doubts.
